Verizon to release LG Lucid on March 29th

This morning, Verizon announced the release of its newest mid-range 4G LTE phone, the LG Lucid. Packing a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor, Android 2.3 Gingerbread, and a 5MP rear-facing camera the LG Lucid packs quite a punch at a release price of $79 after mail-in rebate. Sprint cancels deal with LightSquared

This morning Sprint announced that its previous agreement with LightSquared has come to an abrupt ending. The deal, which was stuck last summer, ended by Sprint returning $65 million back to LightSquared for cost ultimately not incurred by Sprint. “Sprint has been and continues to be supportive of LightSquared’s business plans and appreciates the company’s efforts to find a resolution.
